Shipping

The Cutesie Shoppe is committed to have the lowest cost and fastest shipping for our customers! Once your order has been placed, it usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. A notification e-mail will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Please be advised that processing times may vary depending on the demand.

Shipping will be through Canada Post. The fees and delivery speed will be based on Canada Post. The Cutesie Shoppe can only ship within Canada.

Payment Options
We accept debit card or credit card payments through PayPal. If you would like to pay using a debit account, you will need a PayPal account. If you would like to pay using a credit card or Visa Debit, you won't need a PayPal account. There will be an option you can click under the debit option for credit card/Visa Debit payments at the PayPal screen. The currency for all the products in our website is in CAD.
Received the wrong item or missing an item?

The Cutesie Shoppe will always try to double check orders, but mistakes can happen! Send us an e-mail right away at thecutesieshoppe@gmail.com and we will gladly help you.

Send us an e-mail right away at thecutesieshoppe@gmail.com! However, once your order has been shipped, we won't be able to change your address anymore. You can give Canada Post's customer service line a call to change the recipient's address. You can also reach out to us and we'll help you as much as we can.

Received damaged item(s)?

Please shoot us an e-mail with your full name, order number, and photo(s) of your damaged item(s) at thecutesieshoppe@gmail.com and we will contact you shortly!

Need to cancel your order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you have placed your order. Send us a request for cancellation including the order number through e-mail at thecutesieshoppe@gmail.com.

Need to return some items?

Returns can be done as long as the product is unopened and unused within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Return requests can be sent to thecutesieshoppe@gmail.com. Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for approval. We will then contact you and arrange refunds if the return request is approved. The Cutesie Shoppe will not be responsible for any shipping costs of return, unless it was an error made on our end (e.g. if we sent the wrong item).
